At LotsofSilver.com we strive to exceed your expectations. However, if you are
not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 10-day unconditional
money-back guarantee on all merchandise less shipping costs. No Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required. Please

Returns are simple:
1.
Download return form.
2. Enclose item for return in a box
with a copy of the
return form
clearly indicating the original order, a
copy of your invoice or
our
shipping form clearly indicating the
item(s) to be returned.
3. Ship the package insured to our
return address (see above) using the Post Office
within 10 days of receipt.
4. Refunds will be made in the
same payment method as the original purchase.
Upon inspection of the
merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund minus shipping & handling. Once
the refund is processed, if you supply your email address you will receive
notification of refund. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of the
return for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping & handling is
non-refundable.
For
exchanges, include the new item number you
would like to exchange for on the return form and follow instructions on the
return form. Returned merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition.
Items returned after 10 days are at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer
and may be subject to restock fee of up to 30%. Items damaged in transit during
returns
are customer's responsibility.
Normal wear and tear is to be
expected on Jewelry, we are not responsible for lost stones, bent prongs, or a
lock that brakes after a 30 day period. You should see a local jeweler for
repair if it's needed.
